Wedding Photos
that feel like YOu
Thoughtful direction helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera, while a natural, true-to-life style preserves the people, colors, and atmosphere—so your wedding looks and feels like your wedding.
Your Memories
Natural photos start with feeling comfortable.
Most couples are not used to being in front of a camera. I know to give you clear direction when you need it, step back when the moment is already happening, and keep the day moving so the day feels like your wedding and not one long photoshoot.
Before the wedding, we’ll build a timeline and photo plan together so you know what to expect. On the day, I’ll keep things organized, adjust when plans change, and help you stay present instead of worrying about what comes next.
Comfortable, Natural Direction
I like to keep things relaxed, get you laughing, and give just enough direction for photos that feel natural and true to you.
Thoughtful Planning
Together, we’ll build a realistic timeline around what matters most to you, giving you enough room for portraits and the natural moments of your wedding without feeling rushed.
Steady under pressure
Weddings can shift quickly. I stay calm, adapt, and work to keep things moving—so you can stay present and enjoy your wedding day.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most couples tell me they think they are awkward in pictures. I keep things relaxed, help you laugh and open up, and give clear direction without forcing you into stiff poses. The goal is for the photos to feel natural because you actually felt comfortable while we made them.
-
Only if you WANT it to. We will plan portrait time around the experience you want, balancing strong photographs with enough room to enjoy your guests and the rest of the day. Some couples want more portrait time than others, and we will build the timeline accordingly.
-
Yep. Together, we will build a realistic timeline around the moments and people that matter most to you. I will help determine how much time is needed for getting ready, portraits, family photos, travel, and reception events so the day does not feel unnecessarily rushed.
-
Weddings shift quickly. I stay calm, adapt, and work with your other vendors to keep things moving while protecting the photographs and moments that matter most. I’ve handled rain, delays, missing family members, and unexpected schedule changes—and I know how to adjust without adding more stress to your day.
-
The finished photographs matter, but experience also shows up in the planning, communication, direction, timing, problem-solving, and coordination throughout the day. I help people know where to be, keep portraits moving, work around unexpected changes, communicate with vendors, and solve problems behind the scenes so they never become your problems.
-
After photographing more than 200 weddings, I know how long the different parts of a wedding day realistically take—not just how long they appear. Once I understand your locations, priorities, and how you picture the day, I’ll recommend the amount of coverage that actually fits. I never push you toward more time than you need to get photos you won’t want, and additional coverage can always be added later if the plan changes.
-
A second photographer is useful in specific situations, but not every wedding needs one. It may make sense when both partners are getting ready far apart, the wedding party is large, the ceremony space limits movement, or several events are happening at the same time. I will recommend one when it meaningfully improves the coverage—not simply as an automatic upgrade.
-
I will still help build the photography timeline and coordinate with your vendors, but a photographer is not a replacement for a dedicated planner or coordinator. A strong planner manages the entire day, handles vendor logistics, and solves issues while you remain present. For couples looking for that support, I recommend April with “Your Perfect Day” because her and her team stay calm under pressure, handling unexpected problems without missing a beat, and their timelines are realistic.

Most complete wedding galleries are delivered within two weeks. My contract allows up to 30 days to account for rare circumstances, but fast delivery has been a consistent part of my process for years as evident in numerous reviews. Because the full gallery is typically delivered so quickly, I rarely send separate sneak peeks.

Yes. I regularly photograph weddings throughout Northwest Ohio, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Bowling Green, and Findlay. I’m also available for destination events and have photographed weddings in California, South Carolina, and Las Vegas. Travel pricing depends on the location, coverage, and logistics of the wedding.
